You also get 3 AI scene mockups a day with no signup, plus 3 bonus ones once with your email. Free scene results are watermarked previews at 1280 px. Clean HD scene files come with any pack.

Yes, you can use them commercially, including in listings, ads and social posts. Marketplaces expect photos to show what buyers get, so pick the garment color and print spot that match the product you actually ship.

No. The models and scenes are AI-generated people and places that don't exist. No likeness of a real person is used, and you can't upload or choose a face.

A PNG with a transparent background at 3000 px or more on the long side gives the sharpest print. A JPG works too if the background is one solid color; we offer to remove a plain white background. The minimum is 800 px.

Your file is stored privately so we can make your mockups. It's never used to train AI and it's deleted automatically after 30 days, along with your mockups.

You can use every mockup you make commercially. You need to own or license the design you upload; please don't upload other people's art, logos or trademarks.

Sometimes the AI scene hides or bends the spot where your print goes, for example with an arm or a fold. When that happens we try once more automatically. If it fails again, we show nothing bad and you aren't charged.

No. You buy a pack of mockups once. There is no auto-renew and credits never expire.

Scene mockups download at about 2048 px on the long side as PNG or JPG, which fits Etsy and Shopify listing photos. Flat mockups download at 2400 px.

Yes. Pick "Back" as the print spot and the scene list switches to scenes that can show a back: Back print on a model, Flat lay and Ghost mannequin.

Yes. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@tshirtmockupai.com from the address you bought with.

One AI scene mockup in clean HD. A 5-photo listing set uses 5 credits. Flat mockups never use credits.

No. Buy a pack when you launch a collection and use it whenever you need it.

Yes. Once you have bought any pack, every mockup in your account downloads clean in HD, including the ones you made for free.

Prices are listed in US dollars. Checkout can show the amount in pounds, Canadian dollars or Australian dollars based on your card, and your bank does the rest.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
