Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tee Mockup AI ("we", "us") for using tshirtmockupai.com (the "service"). By uploading a design or buying credits you agree to them.

1. Your designs

You keep all rights to the designs you upload. You confirm that you own each design or have a license that allows you to use it on product mockups, and that it does not include third-party trademarks, logos, characters or copyrighted art you are not allowed to use. You give us a limited license to store and process your design only to make your mockups and to run the service.

2. Your mockups

Subject to these terms, you may use the mockups you make, including watermarked previews and HD files, for any lawful commercial purpose: marketplace listings, your own shop, ads, social media and print. You may not resell the mockups themselves as stock images or templates. Because scene mockups are AI-generated, similar backgrounds or people may appear for other users; you do not get exclusive rights to the generated scene.

Mockups must not be used to mislead buyers. Show the garment color, print spot and product you actually sell.

3. Credits and payment

  • Packs are one-time payments, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • One credit makes one AI scene mockup. A 5-photo listing set uses 5 credits. Credits do not expire while the service operates.
  • If a scene fails our print check or the engine fails, the credit is returned automatically.
  • Free daily mockups and bonus credits have no cash value and may change or end.

4. Refunds

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@tshirtmockupai.com from the address you bought with. When we refund, the unused credits are removed from your balance. Rights you may have under consumer law in your country are not affected.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse, remove or stop processing any content that breaks it, and block accounts that repeatedly do.

6. The service

We work hard to keep your artwork exact and the service available, but the service is provided "as is". AI-generated scenes can contain imperfections; check every image before you publish it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
